What’s happening in Kids First on Easter Sunday
Kids First open during the 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. services
K-5th in Hale Chapel – Easter Eggs-periments!
4 stations will use science experiments involving eggs to reinforce the life-changing story of Easter: Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem, Judas’ betrayal, Peter’s denial, as well as Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection.
PreK in Community Room – Hide & Seek with Jesus
On Easter, lots of kids will be happily looking for hidden Easter eggs. When Mary went to the tomb on the first Easter, though, she was very sad. She was sad because it looked like her friend Jesus had been taken away and would never be found. But, Mary did find Jesus on that first Easter Sunday! Because Jesus came back to life on that first Easter Sunday, anyone who looks for Jesus can find him!
