Families with Special Needs Hour 2-3 p.m.

What is Santa’s Wonderland?

Santa’s Wonderland is a free afternoon of Christmas fun for your family. Your children will experience wonder and delight in meeting Anna & Elsa from Frozen, having their train-ride tickets punched by the Conductor from The Polar Express and gazing at all the beautiful Christmas lights. They will thrill at opportunity to share their secret Christmas wish with Santa Claus, and of course, you will get to capture all the precious moments with photographs. No Wonderland experience could be complete without live Dickens Carollers, a chance to meet Santa’s Live Reindeer, hear a Christmas Story read by Mrs. Claus, enjoy a classic Christmas cartoon movie together on a big-screen (with popcorn!), create a keepsake ornament or enjoy delicious cookies and milk. Santa’s Wonderland has all of these and more.

This community family event, hosted by First Church, is sure to become one of your family’s most favorite Christmas traditions!

Why isn't this Jesus' Wonderland (or something like that)?

Santa’s Wonderland is designed to simply be a fun experience for your family. No tricks, no bait-and-switch, no gimmicks.

We know many families have been to church-sponsored outreaches that used fun for the bait, but then are cornered into high-pressure evangelism. This is not the case at Santa’s Wonderland! First Church simply wants to share. We are a fun-loving, family-centric people, who have been changed by the love of Jesus Christ. If you want to be a part of that at some point in the future, great! But for now, we’re happy to simply help you make a new holiday memory with your family.
